Yes! Jaeger and Rowan yarns are cheaper here than in the US. It makes me wonder if not all yarns in the US have a really high mark-up. There was a store in Mongkok which had the most amazing prices ($33 for the Jaeger extrafine merino in new colors!). It's closed now but will hopefully reopen in August/September. BTW, there's a well stocked notions store just to the right of the Elegant yarn store on Parkes Street. You have to walk up a flight of stairs and it's called 'Kam Wah' (you might be able to see the sign hanging above the street in front of the stairs). That's where I buy all my buttons, thread, zippers, etc... if you're interested!
