I am green with sock envy, cuz.

I love your socks! I'm taking a class next month to learn to make my own, though I can't imagine me knitting anything so grand as yours.

They look wonderful and you say they are only your 2nd pair of socks? Thanks for posting your modifications. It's always interesting to see how others handle a pattern.

I love those socks and the colour. I am painting my front porch that colour! And come to think of it, my living room wall is that colour...

kelli ann

drop-dead gorgeous socks. lovely! thank you for the post

think we finished our hedera on the same day!

i didn't use 4ply soft, but have knitted socks with it before, its amazing, like tightly spun clouds

They're beautiful! I agree, that particular shade of green is one of the most wonderful ever. Now you've inspired me to pickup my socks in progress again so I can finish and cast on Hedera.

"Leafy, a silvery-sage which is possibly the most beautiful green in the world."

AMEN! I am all ready to run home and paper my walls in that color, to make me feel like I'm living in a Middle Earth forest! The pattern too, so elegant. I love the ribbing, and that heel is wonderful, so neat. Are these my socks? Is it this yarn? Ii isn't, I know -- alas, alack-a-day! (I'll love mine regardless, but I do think that these are possibly the loveliest hand-knitted socks I have ever ever seen, in my whole entire life. So there. (In fact, I would probably end up framing them and hanging them on a wall.)

I would be curious to know how the Rowan 4ply soft stands up to the wearing :)
