The Parley good great! Thanks for the kind words. I didn't go to the Dressing Downtown when it was here, mostly because it was at the Mall of America...I agree in losing interest as it went on. Except for the costumes and Maggie Smith.

I am so far behind in blog-reading after some time spent in Ayrshire, in Scotland - can't seem to catch up.

I like your cardigan but don't like the sound of the yarn. I just finished a lace weight shawl in Regia Lace and it was horrible to knit with, very fat, then very thin and splitty and bits of what looked like straw in it. It feels fine now that it has been washed but I shall never use that yarn again.

You carpet looks pretty but the directions must have been very frustrating; well done for persevering.

I have never seen Downton or any of the other TV Dramas you mentioned but I do like to see the clothes so I would enjoy such an exhibition.

Love the mitten too!
