Ah, there you are! I was thinking about you yessterday but did nothing about it - and then you pop up in my feed. Serendip!

I like your shawls, they are pretty things. I have made a hat and a neck snuggly thing for my daughter and have since tried to carry on with a mohair piece that has been on the needles for a couple/few years, but am not enjoying it one bit.

Enjoy whatever celebrations you partake in; I have the new Philip Pullman, a small fruit cake and a bottle of fizz so I will be very happy.

Ohhhhh I am positively dribbling at those projects - both are lovely, I really like the colour of the first one in particular, it is gorgeous. The I cord bind off is seriously smart - that just makes it perfect, sometimes it is the carefully stripping back to the simplest "non" detail that makes everything just sing. Lovely
